Tu Kai: BBQ rack is not needed, I asked He Qun and he said other church fellowship had BBQ there before and there were BBQ around.

Tu Kai: Latest update! the rack will still be needed, He Qun is now contacting the church see if someone has it.

I just talk with one of my friends, he said to be able to serve 40-50 people we will need at least five racks, because getting things cooked up usually takes 40 minutes.

So, I think we will need 4 racks at least and 3 stoves for hot pot so that people don't need to wait for too long to get their food.

I talked with Glen Brittman. He said the church has some BBQ rack, but we will need a pickup truck to move it. I can talk to others and work this out.

We need at least two stoves and a couple of gas can as well because we'll do hot pot as well.

I can bring two gas stove and plenty of gas cans
and a super big pot for hot pot.
